Black Smith Shop in Spanish Quarters

Black Smith Shop

Sonshine Educational Tours can arrange for your group to visit the Colonial Spanish Quarter on St. George Street. This living history museum will transport your students back to the 1740′s when the Spanish controlled St. Augustine. Your students will visit the blacksmith, carpenter or the soldier’s wife as they go about their daily activities. They will explore the homes they lived in, watch them weave cloth and learn about the foods they ate.
