The Right to Dream
Realizing the Rights I Might Take for Granted   (Appropriate for grades 6–12)

Witness the struggle and sacrifice for civil rights in America in this compelling performance. The Right to Dream takes the audience back to a young man’s coming of age as an African-American in Mississippi during the 1950s and 1960s to create understanding of the fight against prejudice and how it has shaped history.

Through the Eyes of a Friend

Seeing the World as Someone Else   (Appropriate for grades 5–12)

Get a glimpse into the world of Anne Frank, a young girl who was a victim of the Holocaust. Witness the pain, loss, and hope of people during the Holocaust. This moving performance is a poignant portrait of friendship and survival brought to life through the eyes of Anne Frank’s best friend.

The New American — Discover the Meaning of Freedom
Appropriate for grades 4–12
Share the journey of The New American, from the turmoil of the old country to the promise of a new life in America. Revisit the steamship passage of 1910, arrival under the Statue of Liberty, the path through Ellis Island and the sweatshops on the Lower East Side of Manhattan.
All educational programs must be purchased in conjunction with student admission tickets. Advance reservations are required. Tours are subject to availability and may change without notice.
