For 34 years, Sonshine Educational Tours had the privilege of working alongside some of the most dedicated teachers, administrators, and schools in the country. You trusted us with your students. You gave us the opportunity to be part of something bigger than a bus trip — you let us help bring your lessons to life.

That was never something we took lightly. Sonshine was built on a foundation of faith, honesty, integrity, and hard work — in every phone call, every itinerary, and every handshake. We believed that if we honored God in how we treated people, the rest would follow. And for 34 years, it did.

We got to watch your students see the Capitol dome for the first time. We walked the Freedom Trail with them in Boston, stood with them at Independence Hall, and explored the fort at St. Augustine. We saw the look on their faces when history stopped being something in a textbook and became something real. Those moments belonged to your students — but getting to be there for them was our blessing.

Sonshine Educational Tours has closed its doors, but the impact of what you did for your students hasn't gone anywhere. Every teacher who fought to make a field trip happen, every parent who fundraised and chaperoned, every administrator who said “yes” — you made those experiences possible. We were just glad to be along for the ride.
